BooklineAI Inc. (“BooklineAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Canadian company that provides AI-powered phone receptionist services to small and medium-sized businesses (“Business Users”). By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts on behalf of the business you are registering. BooklineAI is intended for business use only, not personal use.
BooklineAI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers inbound calls, checks calendar availability, books appointments, and answers common business questions. The service operates 24/7 and integrates with supported calendar providers (currently Google Calendar).
We do not guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly by the AI. Complex or unusual caller requests may not be resolved without human intervention. You are responsible for configuring warm-transfer numbers for calls that require escalation.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account will be inactive until you subscribe to a paid plan. We will notify you by email before your trial expires.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
If your account exceeds the included minutes for your plan in a given billing period, your AI receptionist will be temporarily paused until the next billing cycle. We will notify you when you reach 80% of your included minutes.
Annual plans are billed in full at the start of each year. Refunds for annual plans are prorated for unused full months, subject to a written refund request within 30 days of billing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your AI receptionist will remain active until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months on monthly plans.

Calls handled by BooklineAI may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of providing the service, generating summaries, and improving AI accuracy. As a Business User, you are responsible for ensuring that your callers are informed of and consent to call recording where required by law. In Canada, at least one party to the call (the AI acting on your behalf) has knowledge of the recording, which satisfies the one-party consent standard under most provincial laws.
Your use of BooklineAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process personal information in compliance with PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy law. Data processed by BooklineAI is stored on servers located in Canada or the United States with appropriate data processing agreements in place.
BooklineAI and all related software, branding, and content are owned by BooklineAI Inc.. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of your business data, call recordings, and content you provide to configure the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI will correctly handle every caller interaction. AI responses are probabilistic and may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BooklineAI Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, missed appointments, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
